  • National Shipping

At Hills, we offer standard delivery to your doorstep.

Delivery time will take around 7 to 14 days

For orders below 100€, shipping costs will be calculated at check out. However, if your order exceeds 100€ and the delivery is within Spain, the shipping will be free.

For international orders, delivery times are 7-14 weekdays. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the origin country.

If your order exceeds 200€, shipping will be free.

Please note that in specific cases, delays may occur due to holidays or external causes. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact our customer service at support@hills163.com with your name and order number. We are always here to assist you.

  • International Shipping

If your order from Hills is addressed to a country outside of Spain, it may be subject to fees, taxes, or other charges due to local or customs laws. Hills will take care of the shipment, but any local expenses or customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that for customs reasons, your order may also experience delays in transit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

  • Shipping Methods

We currently offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes 7 to 14 business days within Spain and 7 to 14 business days for international orders. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.

  • Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package online.

  • Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to shipping restrictions.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages

Hills is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at support@hills163.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
