We value your satisfaction with our products, and we strive to provide high-quality items that meet your needs. If for any reason you need to return a Hills product, please read our return policy below: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
Refunds will be made in the form of a discount code for the value of the item which will be valid for a period of up to 6 months to be redeemed for any of the products in the store. 
The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale or on any products that have been altered, customized, or personalized.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within five business days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@hills163.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that Hills reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our policy.
